the wrong bros

"The Wrong Brothers", Kenny Brown and David McCartney were both born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. They began flying at an early age at a local, grass roots airport called Ferguson Field (82J). On their 16th birthdays, Kenny and David both completed their first solo flights and by the time they were just over 17 years old they had successfully completed their private pilot license.

After attending 1st through 12th grade together they parted ways as Kenny went to attend Auburn University in Alabama and David went to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach. Within a year the two were back at it again, as Kenny transferred to Embry-Riddle (Riddle) to pursue a degree in Aeronautical Science. They both graduated in the class of 2012.

During their time at Riddle they competed in multiple aerobatic competitions in the Eagle Sport Aviation club where they developed a keen interest in aerobatics which allows them to fly not only lower and faster, but also safer as they position around their targets for the best aerial photography available around the Gulf Coast.

Currently they are pursuing more advanced ratings including commercial rotorcraft and as well as continuing work as aerial photography specialist.

While Kenny assumes the position of pilot in either the front or the back seat, David is responsible for ensuring high quality images as the photographer.
